Autonepiophilia

Also known as paraphilic infantilism, it is a paraphilia characterized by the desire to return to a state of childhood. This may involve behaviors such as wearing diapers, using baby bottles, or other activities typically associated with babies or young children. It is a form of role play where individuals seek to imitate and/or be treated like a baby or a small child. To put it simply, it can be considered a form of diaper fetishism.
