Creampie

A creampie generally refers to the ejaculation of semen by a man inside the vagina or anus of a sexual partner during sexual intercourse, followed by the visual display or exposure of the ejaculated seminal fluid. The term 'creampie' derives its name from the visual resemblance of uncontrolled ejaculation to cream overflowing from a pastry.
