Mysophilia

Mysophilia is a paraphilia characterized by sexual attraction to dirt, filth, or dirty objects and people. The term comes from the ancient Greek músos, meaning “dirt, filth,” and -philia (love, attraction).
Mysophiles may find various elements considered unclean sexually arousing, such as dirt on the body, used or stained underwear, or even excrement (the latter often being linked to scatophilia).
